Siparişleriniz, banka onayı alındıktan veya sipariş onaylandıktan sonra, stoklarımızda mevcut ise en geç 1 - 5 iş günü içerisinde kargoya verilecektir. Kargoya verildikten sonra, kargo şirketi siparişinizi adrese yaklaşık 6 - 10 gün içinde ulaştıracaktır. Ürünlerimiz yurtdışından siparişinize özel olarak getirildiği için kargo süreleri bu şekildedir. Kargo teslimatı sırasında ek bir ücret talep edilmemektedir. Ürünlerin fiyatında her şey dahildir.

Tarafımızdan kaynaklanan bir aksilik olması durumunda, üyelik bilgileriniz kullanılarak size haber verilecektir. Bu nedenle, üyelik bilgilerinizin eksiksiz ve doğru olması önemlidir. Önemli günlerde, bayram veya tatil günlerinde teslimatlar gecikebilir.

Seçtiğiniz ürünlerin tamamı anlaşmalı olduğumuz kargo şirketleri tarafından size teslim edilecektir.

Satın aldığınız ürünler, bir teyit e-postası ile size bildirilecektir. Seçtiğiniz ürünlerden herhangi birinin tedarik edilememesi durumunda, bu konu ile ilgili bir e-posta gönderilecek ve durumu bildirilecektir.

Once shipped, the cargo company will deliver your order to your address within approximately 6-10 days. Our cargo times are structured this way because our products are specifically sourced from abroad for your order. No additional fee is charged during the delivery process. Everything is included in the price of the products.

In case of any issues caused by us, you will be notified using your membership information. Therefore, it is crucial that your membership details are complete and accurate. Deliveries may be delayed during significant events, holidays, or vacations.

All products you select will be delivered to you by the cargo companies we have agreements with.

You will receive a confirmation email regarding the products you purchased. If any of the selected products cannot be supplied, an email will be sent regarding the issue, and you will be informed of the situation.

gatso.com.tr is an online shopping site that allows multiple users to shop simultaneously. Although rare, it is possible for a consumer to purchase the same product, which may lead to the item being out of stock;

If the product you paid for online is out of stock, there is a 30-day waiting period. If the product cannot be delivered to the consumer within this timeframe, the payment made will be refunded to the consumer.
