Satın aldığınız ürünler için, 14 gün içinde hiçbir gerekçe göstermeden sözleşmeden cayma hakkına sahipsiniz. Cayma süresi, ürünün tarafınıza veya taşıyıcı olmayan bir üçüncü kişiye teslim edildiği tarihten itibaren başlar. Firmamız, müşteri memnuniyetine verdiği önem doğrultusunda, satın aldığınız ürünün görseldeki gibi olmaması, hasarlı, kırık ya da çatlak şekilde gelmesi durumunda cayma hakkı sunmaktadır. Ürün paketinin açılmadan korunması koşulunda bu süre 14 güne kadar uzatılabilir.

Cayma hakkınızı kullanmak için, e-posta yoluyla açık bir beyan ile bildiride bulunmanız gerekmektedir. Ekli cayma formu opsiyonel olup, kullanılması zorunlu değildir.

Cayma süresine uymanız için, cayma hakkınızı kullanacağınızı belirten bildirimi 14 günlük süre dolmadan göndermeniz yeterlidir.

Değişim Hakkı
Firmamız, müşteri memnuniyetine öncelik vererek, satın aldığınız ürünün görseldeki gibi olmaması veya hasarlı, kırık ya da çatlak bir şekilde teslim edilmesi durumunda değişim hakkı sunmaktadır. Değişim talepleri, müşterinin isteğine göre değerlendirilir ve ürün firmamıza geri gönderildikten sonra işlem başlatılır. Değişim sürecinde müşteri memnuniyetini sağlamak amacıyla titizlikle çalışarak en hızlı çözümü üretmeyi hedeflemekteyiz. Değişim talepleriniz için e-posta yoluyla müşteri hizmetlerimizle iletişime geçebilirsiniz.

Cayma Hakkının Sonuçları
Sözleşmeden caymanız durumunda, teslimat masrafları dahil olmak üzere sizden aldığımız tüm ödemeler 14 gün içinde tarafınıza iade edilir. Ancak, en ucuz standart teslimat dışındaki seçenekler nedeniyle oluşan ekstra maliyetler iade edilmez. İadeyi, aksi kararlaştırılmadıkça, ödemenin yapıldığı aynı yöntemle gerçekleştiririz. Ürünleri geri alana veya siz iadeye dair kanıt sağlayana kadar geri ödeme yapılmayabilir.

İade edilecek ürünleri, cayma bildiriminizi tarafımıza ilettiğiniz tarihten itibaren en geç 7 gün içinde geri göndermeniz gerekmektedir. Ürünü bu süre dolmadan geri gönderirseniz, iade işleminiz kabul edilmiş sayılır. İade masrafları müşteriye aittir. Ürünlerin niteliğini, işlevini ve özelliklerini belirlemek için gerekli olan işlemler haricinde oluşacak değer kayıplarından müşteri sorumludur. Ürün kullanılmış ya da hasar görmüşse iade kabul edilmeyecektir.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within fourteen days. The withdrawal period begins from the day the goods are received by you or a designated third party other than the carrier. If the product you purchased does not match its description or is delivered in a damaged, broken, or defective condition, our company, which values customer satisfaction, grants the right of withdrawal.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us a clear declaration via email. While you are welcome to use the model withdrawal form attached, it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Right of Exchange

Our company, which places great importance on customer satisfaction, also offers the option to exchange the product if it does not align with its description, or is delivered damaged, broken, or faulty. Exchange requests will be processed based on customer preference, and the exchange procedure will begin once the product is returned to us. We are committed to resolving any issues swiftly and effectively, aiming to provide the best service during the exchange process. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we are obligated to reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery charges (excluding any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us), without delay, and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method as in the original transaction unless we have explicitly agreed on an alternative. Refunds may be withheld until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof of returning the goods, whichever comes first.

You must return or hand over the goods promptly and no later than seven days from the date you notified us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the seven-day period expires. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them in a manner beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. No refunds will be issued for items showing signs of wear or damage.
